Clinical Transplant Nurse Examination Committee - Responsibilities

Responsible for creating the first ever transplant nurse certification examination

In the future the committee will be responsible for:

Review the draft exam annually
Review items in the test pool for inclusion in the exam and approve each item to be used for the transplant nurse exam. The item review is completed at the annual examination committee meetings. ABTC reimburses airfare, hotel lodging and meals necessary for conducting the meeting.
Involvement in key verification and preliminary scoring decisions for the exam
